How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
You can ask us for a printout of your personal information that we maintain in our database, and ask us to revise, block or delete your personal information, except where the rights of other persons would be violated, where any other legal exemptions to subject access requests may apply, or where it is required to conduct company business. To protect your privacy and the security of your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before updating or removing your information. By signing the informed consent statement below, you are agreeing to the following:
I. I hereby authorize that HELVIA PARTNERS and its subsidiaries/affiliates throughout the world (collectively the “Company”) and any third party entity representing the company can use, process and transmit the personal information I voluntarily provided to them.
III. I authorize my personal data, and other information I may provide, to be used for the following purposes:
a. To disclose my personal data to other Company entities and contractors working on behalf of the Company including regulatory bodies throughout the world.
